This Stainless Steel Sauté Pan by KOCH SYSTEME CS is fantastic!Comes packaged extremely well in a branded box which I always feel is a bonus in case you want to send to someone as a gift…presentation is everything!Right out of the package you can see how durable & well constructed this pan is made.Handles are riveted on. Heavy to pick up but not overwhelming.Stainless steel is high quality, not thin nor flimsy by any means.Deep so this is perfect for making fried chicken, larger meals that require sautéing, seafood dishes will work perfectly in here like mussels marinara, shrimp scampi, etc.I do a ton of cooking not only for my household but for others as well so I’m very much looking forward to getting tons of use out of this one. I think this is quickly becoming coming my favorite go to pan right now!Everything cleans up well with normal soap & water. Add a little butter or oil to bottom of pan to help prevent food from sticking & you are good to go.I have a few of this brands cookware now & none of them have disappointed even after several months of using. I don’t expect this one to fail either.At the price of $69.99 (at time of posting this, 12/15/25) it’s worth every penny. I realize it’s a lot for most budget-conscious consumers but it’s totally worth the investment! I’d rather spend more on a great quality pan once & have it last a long time than spend a little amount & have to keep replacing them time & time again…this pan will allow you to do that!Highly recommend! Makes a wonderful Christmas or housewarming gift!

A Trusted Brand With Quality Cookware

I selected this KOCH SYSTEME CS Tri-Ply Stainless Sauté Pan with Lid because I previously purchased the KOCH SYSTEME CS stainless steel frying pan set and the stainless steel saucepan set, and I have been very happy with those. This brand makes quality products, and it is reassuring to me that they have been in business for a long time and that they specialize in cookware.This Sauté pan is thick and substantial with plenty of room for ingredients. The day that I received this pan, I fried boneless skinless chicken thighs on medium high heat -- room temperature chicken, four minutes one side, three minutes on the other side -- in some avocado oil, and the chicken turned out wonderfully. They key is not to touch the chicken during the cooking time (credit to Bobby Parrish). I usually make this chicken in a cast iron pan for the ultimate outside crispiness and interior moisture, but this pan did just as well and is a lot easier to clean than my cast iron pan that needs constant seasoning.This is clearly a quality pan and a excellent value compared to similar pans on Amazon. I am so happy to have this sauté pan and can recommend it and this brand whole-heartedly.
