Slots too short for 12 inch foil
The item is beautifully made, but the slots for foil and plastic wrap are too narrow and fail to accommodate 12inch rolls without tearing the edge of the foil or wrap. The cutter is flimsy, but cuts well AFTER the foil or wrap are forced beneath it. No plan to return it, hope to widen the slots.

UPDATED: More of a PITA then help
Only thing that didn't work is the aluminum foil cutter. Basically, it destroyed the foil. Have no words for the result. Next time will take pictures.Had more success using the drawer "top" to slice the foil I wanted.Will continue to use and update "score" as I use in the "real" world.UPDATE: Changed rating to one star. Have used this for almost a year, and absolutely dislike it.Need to use heavy duty aluminum foil to be able to use the cutter. Unfortunately, the heavy duty foil is too long to fit. So, I continue to "cut" the foil using the drawer top.The saran wrap does not stay on the cutter edge, no matter what I do. It falls back on the roll, and when you need it, you have to spend time finding the edge. Several times I've had to.take it out to find the edge.The zip lock bags I use: 1) the entire box doesn't fit, have to leave half in the box, and this can become messy.2) the gallon bags are too long to fit their section, so you have to almost fold (a bit) to get even half the box in.3) Beeare of putting too many bags in their section, or you won't be able to pull them out without either a struggle, or pulling out multiple bags. I could go on, but won't.I'm trying to figure out how to stop using this and going back to storing the boxes, which worked much better.

Slots are to small.
It seems to be made well, and looks nice . Two issues I have with it . The areas for the bags are small and hard to fit the bags . Gallon , but then they have quart , sandwich and snack spots . The quart and sandwich, and snack slots are the exact size. And small , they need to be the actual size of the bags which we know are different sizes.Second issue is they should have made a way for it to open so you can put the bags in. It’s hard to get them in as it is because the slots are too small. You can’t put in an entire box of bags , not even the gallon. I wish there were separate ones for freezer bags and regular bags, instead of 3 little ones . Same for gallon freezer bags. But it’s very pretty so I’m going to try to make do with it . It’s hanging on my wall because it’s too big for my drawers. If it gets to annoying with the bags maybe I can find another use . Because of the quality and it’s pretty
