Great for making fried eggs.
Very high quality. Better than expected. Rugged.
These silicone moulds are fantastic for making eggs for bagels or English muffins. I sprayed each on the inside with cooking spray and put them on a medium hot pan and I had no trouble with the eggs leaking from under the moulds. I used them with the thick part down on the pan, which makes a little wider and thinner egg, but they look like you can use them with the thin-side down to make a thinner, taller egg.
Would definitely recommend, but just have to accept that some of the egg might seap under the rings. Not a big deal for me. Super easy to clean, too.
These work great. Fit a 10inch pan perfect and clean up is easy
If they were just slightly smaller they would have worked out fine. The problem is that I use a 10" non stick frying pan and with 2 or more in the pan one of them won't sit all the way down because it is against the curvature of the pan. Another, more minor problem is that if you don't use a lot of oil (I don't - I use Pam) they will leak.
These work great. I use them for Eggs and Crumpets. You don't need a pound of butter like with the metal ones. If they stick a little just push them slightly to the side and they pop lose. You can also use High Temp Cooking oil Spray.
