Interior Measures 6 1/4" Across - Bottom and Sides Are Smooth for Beautiful Presentation of Food

Sturdy-sided silicone is perfect for cooking eggs and other more-liquid items that might overflow with a less supportive frame. Lid has a wide groove that fits securely, though it did require a bit of finessing the first two times I've used it - I imagine this will become easier as the mold is used more. Once sealed onto the thick and durable protruding rim, the lid stays on by itself, making the overlocking "handle" more or less a great convenience rather than a necessity for keeping contents secured and easy to handle/transport. Super easy to clean as the lines are clean, with no crevices or nooks requiring extra attention - even the interior of the lid and the lip that seals has a wide enough opening that it will clean easily with a dishcloth or the corner of a sponge. The interior bottom is flat and smooth; perfect for creating pretty and flat food items such as quiches, custards, flans, etc.

Good quality. Love the handles.

Slight smell when it arrived which quickly went away after washing. The silicon mode is nice and thick so it holds its shape. Lid fits well. Love the handles which make it easy to pick up. Have used several times and it has worked great. Clean up was super easy. Very happy and using this several times a week.
