Wow. I could really end my review with that single word. But I will give you a few more. Wow, because they look amazing. The Moonstone finish is something you simply have to see in person. It creates such an upscale appearance that I often think of using them more for decoration than for cooking. They are excellent as double-use dishes, for preparing food items and then serving in the same bowl. Regardless, they look stunning. Wow, because this set is such a nice quality. The bowls are heavy, solid, and feel like a vastly more expensive set than they are. I warned my son to be very careful with them as he is accustomed to much lighter, lower quality dishes. Wow, because these fit neatly inside one another and store easily. I love the nesting ability as one half of one shelf in my cabinet can accomodate this set. Yet it provides options for so many uses. Woops, I am getting ahead of myself. Wow, because they are so versatile. With the various bowl sizes, I can use these for separate ingredients, like a dry mixture set apart until ready to be united in the large bowl with the wet ingredients. Wow, because it says it all in one simple word.

I'm always alert to keeping our home environment as toxic-free as possible. I like that these are oven-safe up to 265 degrees. This means I can pop a bowl in the oven at 150 degrees to keep the food warm until the rest of the meal is ready. I like that they are dishwasher safe and that they can go right from the table to the refrigerator or dishwasher after a meal.I've been using these as serving bowls for family-style casual meals. The small bowl is ideal for serving condiments like olives, peppers, grated cheese, or pickles. The small also works well for dips, sauces, and gravy pour-overs. I've used the 2 medium sized bowls for tossed salads and pasta dishes.
