A Drastically Affordable Beast!
I still don't know what/where Koov is, but the Whole Food Plant Based Cooking Show recommended this very deep lidded casserole for a multi ingredient dish where a regular casserole won't cut the mustard.First I ordered a "like new" returned & discounted order, but the lid arrived broken, so I returned it. There was already an $11 coupon offered on the new, so my next order was not much more than the first.Well-known high end brands charge 50-100% more for the same thing.The new order arrived in perfect condition.I was enchanted by the color, heft, perfect fit of the lid, the overall quality. I love that I will never again have to try to put tinfoil over a hot casserole in the last 10 minutes, inevitably burning myself. I even stored the casserole straight into the fridge last night with the lovely lid. It would be a show piece for serving at the table. If a casserole dish can be stunning, this one is it. I don't have a dedicated storage space for it yet, but I will feel fine leaving it out on the counter between uses, because it's actually decorative, like handmade pottery.Would make a PERFECT housewarming, wedding or anniversary gift.Very happy I followed the recommendation to purchase.

Pleasantly surprised.
All my crocks are Le Cruset (thanks to my generous mother) but I needed something this shape and size and didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg. This piece is beautiful and works like a charm. I really don’t notice a difference in quality. Would reco!

Love this beautiful 9x13" covered casserole dish!
I love this beautiful piece of art that also functions as a casserole dish! I can bake things using the cover (vs aluminum foil, which I can never really get to stay on properly) and then, once the dish has cooled off, put it directly into the fridge. I actually use it more often than I thought I would. I am really happy with how it bakes, the fact that it has a cover, it's beauty (I get compliments on it whenever we have dinner guests), and it's price!

Really beautiful but lid is a problem
This blue ceramic dish looks like a work of art and is the most beautiful dish that I have ever purchased. I love the color variations! The side handles are deep and can be firmly grasped with potholders but the lid knob is a problem. The lid is very heavy and it's difficult to get a firm grip on the handle when wearing potholders. I either need to purchase heat resistant gloves to safely manage this dish or I need to return it. Unfortunately, I'll probably return it and look for a casserole dish with large loop handles.

Great Casserole. Perfect size
After doing a lot of research I finally replaced my 16 yr old white Corning casserole dish for the Koov. Could not be happier with purchase. The size is perfect for either a full casserole meal for a group or will work for smaller amounts for two. It heats evenly, I don’t have to mix most dishes half way thru cooking like I used to do. It is well made. It is a little heavy if that is an issue for you. My wife loves the way it looks in the center of the dinner table when I use it. Also cleans up very easy. Lid fits well.

Faulty dish, split down the middle with careful attention to care. Sad.
I cooked with this dish 4 times, never left it in the sink, and it cracked in half. I did not go above 350 degrees, when I used it, and didn't shock it with hot or cold. Seemed to have a fault line and it cracked. Beautiful piece, but I just went back to tried and true Pyrex. I definitely will not ever buy this again.
