This pan has the word premium written all over it - the pan itself, the lid, the handle, the silicone tongs, and even the included Phillips screwdriver! I can’t praise the handle enough; it looks beautiful, feels smooth in the hand, and does an excellent job shielding against heat.I’ve used it to grill lamb and pork, and to fry dumplings. In fact, it’s an excellent pan for dumplings: the griddle on the bottom allows water to reach underneath, helping them cook evenly. The square shape also makes it much easier to arrange dumplings neatly compared to a round pan.That said, it’s probably not ideal for frying eggs. I tried it once, and it got a bit messy.

Lightweight, even cooking easy cleaning

I was looking to buy a new set of pans, but couldn’t find one that included a grill pan. So I started out just ordering this single grill pan and I’m so glad I did! This is the best pan I ever had, non stick for sure and excellent quality! I liked it so much I purchased all of my pans from Kordisen! I now have a complete set and really enjoy cooking with them because clean up is a breeze and the heat distribution is excellent. NOT to mention the price for these pans is amazing! Totally worth every penny and they were not expensive to begin with. Highly recommended. Oh and they even send you your own screw driver to put the pan handles on!! Can’t beat that😃

Nice pan for cooking bacon

Love this pan! Has held up well so far with daily use. I have strictly used for cooking bacon. The bacon doesn't stick and cooks evenly. Wood on handle and lid look real nice. I would recommend this pan to anyone.
