These peelers are on another level. Not anything close to the old ones I remember that were all metal and flimsy as heck. The quality is super. Seems silly maybe to invest in a peeler but as my dexterity falters, I need all the help I can get to process even the most simple of tasks. Has some weight (just feels good in my hand) to it.
