Well built, heavier than serrations are too coarse

Excellent metallurgy, excellent craftsmanship, fits my 2XL hands the best of any kitchen knife I've owned. I like the weight but it's heavier than most will like (then manufacture has shorter models that appear to be made lighter). The only downside to me is the serrations are exaggerated in both spacing and length. It will cut the hardest bread It's phenomena for hard bread but care must be used on softer bread and always leaves lots of crumbs on the cutting board. I struggled with deciding between 3 and 4 stars. For me, it's a four star knife but most will consider it 3 star due to size and weight being on the high end. It's the best knife I've seen for XL and larger hands cutting hard bread.
