One of the best knife for using on your breakfast bar. Had horrible experience with previous bread knives, this is one of the best so far in the market. Very nice handle, long serrated knife edge. Hard steel. Highly recommended. Value for money.

The knife is not the issue. Have not used so this is not a comment on the knife. The issue is it is not as advertised. Wrong steel, construction, and handle design/materials. Label on package even says resin. Purchased expecting green resin handle with middle decorative pin and Damascus layered pattern. Instead box is proved wooden handle. Decorative pin in end pinhole and hammer strikes visible. Meant as a gift for a special student and though it will be appreciated, not what I was expecting, even after asking for a resend as it was not as advertised. I now own 2 knives that will be impractical in a professional setting. Disappointed.

I was worried the carbon fiber resin encased handle would be slippery but it’s quite the opposite, it’s actually a better grip then traditional wooden handles as it’s not as smooth and it grips against your skin which is what you want. As far as the quality of the knife itself, exceeded my expectations 100%. The forged swirly design is spot on and man the carbon fiber handle with gold flakes looks freakin sick! Not to mentions it’s so damn sharp so that’s not a worry whatsoever. Definitely buy if you wanna impress yourself and guests.
