We received the cheese knife and I have to say it is beautifully made. Extremely durable and no flimsiness at all. Now keep in mind this is a cheese knife so it is not sharp as it is serrated. Definitely worth its value. We have no complaints as it does its job with no issues.

This is a really nice unique looking, well made cheese knife. It's very sharp, and easy to use for slicing cheese. I do have to put the cheese on the table, and hold it with one hand, and slice with the other. If my hand were bigger, maybe I could use it one handed, which would make it easier to get thinner slices. But I'm happy enough with slightly thicker slices. It seems durable, so far, although it is rather thin. I think the price is fair, and it feels comfortable in my hand. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Who cut the cheese? You will.
Functionally, this knife does what it’s supposed to do. It slices cheese cleanly and the blade is clearly stainless steel. That said, it doesn’t feel particularly premium and the construction feels a bit lacking. It just doesn't have the weight that I would prefer to have for one. Considering the price, it’s acceptable and practical, just not a standout piece visually or ergonomically. A decent utility knife it just doesn't have the weight that I would prefer to have for one. Definitely is still a useful tool rather than a showpiece. I can't really speak on its durability just yet and it's sharp enough to do its job. Not the most quality item I mean it looks OK, but it feels a little flimsy. Only time will tell.

This helps the knife move smoother and quicker through the cheese block. Regular knives drag through the block of cheese while this knife reduces how long I spend preparing cheese.
