I love these. I thought I would need an 8quart to add but I haven’t needed bigger than 6 yet. I cook every meal from scratch, including bread, cheese, and sauces.I’m considering a 2nd set and storing away some mixing bowls because these lids are better.
I was iffy about them because of the price, but this is an extremely well-made set of food storage containers. Like most "bougie" home cooks I've been adopting some restaurant practices in my home cooking tool kit, and these are a fantastic addition to the equipment for more efficient cooking.
Amazing quality. These are great for quite literally anything. They store quite a lot of food. We use them to store large quantities of food when we meal prep, storing dry goods, brining meats, and even for rising bread dough, glad I got them before the holidays, would definitely buy again.

I like to bake quite a bit and bins like these are handy for bread proofing.However, I have found another use. I have one of those big popcorn poppers which makes entirely too much popcorn for any one sitting. The bins in this set are great for dividing up the popcorn and since they have lids, you can store the leftover popcorn afterwards. It's working great on that front.I've also used the smaller ones to marinade some sirloin tips overnight in the refrigerator.Basically, these are very versatile and well made. They are very sturdy and the lids seal well. I've very happy with the set as it gives me more options for use.
They are neither air nor liquid tight. As long as that's not what you need they will be fine. They will do what I need but definitely not what I was hoping for. If you need a good seal get the real things not these cheap knockoffs. Other than the lids not sealing very well they seem decent enough.
