Took a chance with Lamson Knives, after reading about the company, was super impressed with the companies history. Loved this knife so much, this one is the second Lamson Nakiri knife. This knife has quickly become my new go to knife for finely chopping veggies! Use it way more than my chefs knife. Handle is super comfortable in your hand while cutting. Great company and amazing knife!
