Superb & Beautiful American Made Chef Knife
I’ve been using this blade for over a month now, keeping it honed with a honing rod and taking care of it. There are no signs of wear yet. The craftsmanship is superb, and the red acrylic handle is beautiful. I absolutely love using this knife and the other one that I got of the same style. I was so happy to find this American made brand with the same German high carbon stainless steel as the other top quality knives. This has encouraged me to take my cooking skills to the next level. The knife feels weighty in your hand, The handle is not slippery IMO. It’s balanced great. They don’t waste money on the packaging. Also, for cutting meat, this knife thinks it’s butter.

USA workmanship
This splendid knife is in an elite class of those made in the USA, and this one is more in my budget than some others. I also selected it because the handle isn’t metal. When it arrived I found myself marveling at its beauty, and it also has a nice weight to it. When using it,it is quite sharp, and I chopped up a bunch of cilantro into the finest pieces even my food processor can not surpass.

Awesome knife
This knife looks like a piece of jewelry in my drawer. Sometimes when I get it out I just stare at the handle pattern. It screams quality and is an heirloom piece. My kids can fight over it when I'm gone lol. It's just as nice as any German or Japanese knife I own. I highly recommend this knife.

Works well, very sharp. Stuff sticks to knife
This knife cuts well and seems to stay sharp. But the design of the blade allows whatever you are cutting (especially vegetables) to stick to the knife really bad.
