My new favorite over my Dexter fish turner.
Very ergonomic and just has that old school quality and feel to it.

The Turner arrived in a poorly packaged envelope, and the rivets were discolored. However, the product itself is of good overall quality.
We like this product so much we have two. Great quality.
Lamson left hand slotted Turner. A Superb flexable slotted turner. Just enough flex and stiffness, to get under a crepe and also to lift a fish or burger out of the pan. I am using it with a De buyer carbon steel pan and it works great, slides under your cooing item and does not scratch the pan so your seasoning is stays intact. Finally a left hand turner that is made in the USA of 1950's Quality. This Lamson Vintage is nicer to handle than the standard Lamson. Costs a little more but comfort is king.ThanksLamson
Perfect size, comfortable handle and the wood is not sealed so you are able to condition and maintain the wood. The spatula could be a bit more flexible so that you could reach under eggs with skillets that have steeper edges, but overall it works. There were some metal burrs between each of the slots near the handle side that I personally believe should have been dealt with at the factory, however, I could not feel them, but did go ahead and file them down just in case.
