I absolutely love these trays! I've been using them to freeze soup brothand pesto cubes. They're so easy to remove the items once frozen and they're easy to clean. I pop them in the dishwasher and they're good to go.

These 10-cavity silicone tray dividers are perfect for pre-freezing portions before putting them in the freeze dryer. Each tray makes uniform-sized portions, which helps with consistent freeze-drying and easy storage. They’re flexible yet durable, so food releases easily, and the trays stack well in the freezer to save space. Very easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. We use them for fruits, veggies, and purees at the rescue, and they save a lot of time while keeping everything organized. Great for volunteers prepping multiple batches at once.
I want to preface this that the silicone pinch test does not mean that an item is unsafe for use. However, it does indicate that there are fillers in this product, so it definitely is not one hundred percent silicone. When you bend or twist a silicone product and the stressed part turns white, it indicates fillers and indicates a lower quality silicone. You can type in "silicone pinch test" into your search engine to find out more. Since I see no test results shared confirming the components of this silicone, I do not personally feel safe using this product for food items. Furthermore, the price point is too high for these trays, considering this is made of cheaper silicone.
The only reason these got 4 stars is it says they fit the Harvestright large trays. They only fit 2 on the large Harvestright trays at a time. I add other items on the trays around the silicone trays. They are very nice and release food easy. The clean up is very easy as nothing stuck to the trays. I have used these several times in the freeze dryer already. These having 10 total separate areas on each silicone tray makes liquids so easy to have even portions. They will also stack in the freezer with a divider very nicely. When I place them on the metal trays with the silicone dividers on them, I can stack them on top of each other. With them in the trays the lids that fit my trays will also fit with the silicone dividers while still on the trays. This is especially helpful as we freeze the food before putting in the freeze dryer. This helps cut a lot of time off the freeze dryer working. I would recommend these even for the large trays as the 10 portions are very nice to make even batches of liquid for smoothies.
I use these to freeze cubes of pureed fruit for smoothies and to make chocolate candies. The cubes pop right out of the trays.
It’s easier for me to stack 4 of these individual silicone molds in my freezer, than it is for me to find a home for the entire tray. For most items, I found that once the food is frozen in these molds, I can pop the food out, and set them on the metal tray before placing it into the freeze dryer, and then I can go ahead and refill the silicone molds.
