The wood tray looks more expensive than its cost. Pretty wood stain color and sturdy. Perfect size to hold small plates and bowls of appetizers. I placed it on top of an ottoman for serving since I don't have a coffee table. One thing to note, the tray bottom slats are mitered, so you may want to place a cloth or mat under the food as crumbs might get caught in the grooves making it a bit more work to clean after use.
This looks just like the picture, and is the perfect size and quality
This is lovely. I leave it on one side of a large ottoman.And have a lucite container on it with the remotes - all ofthem, eye glasses, etc. All the little things you can't finda place to "safely" keep somewhere. And, of course, it'sa perfect place to put down my tea/coffee or other drink.
My Original Review has been deleted by me and Updated because of this company’s Kindness!Update: After I had written Negative Reviews on the first flawed tray I received and then on the flawed replacement tray, the company reached out to make it right!They were dually concerned their products were being reshipped to customers after they were already returned, by other customers, and said they corrected this now with Amazon warehouses and their own factory.They were also Very Kind throughout our Messages, gave me a Full Refund and Excellent Customer Service, Apologized, and then offered to reimburse my daughter, though the tray was practically flawless!, who I had asked to purchase the same tray in her area for me since she lives an hour from us. I thought she’d have a different Amazon warehouse in her area and I might have better luck.The company messaged me again when I explained about my daughter. They asked for the order # from my daughter’s receipt, which I immediately sent…and then they Surprised me and my daughter!This Wonderful company not only reimbursed my daughter by receiving a Full Refund, they also said to me via Amazon Messages, “…that means we’re Gifting you the new tray, it’s yours to keep!”They were Very Understanding and Always Kindhearted throughout the entire Customer Service communication process! I received my large wooden tray yesterday, and it is perfect! I love everything about it, color, size, handle, joints, pads. What a beautiful piece that will hopefully be passed on to my granddaughter when she gets her tea set.
