These are the best jumbo muffin liners I have found for my bakery-style muffins. They don't stick, hold the batter well, and allow for large muffin tops, because we all know these are the best parts.
These greaseproof paper baking cupcake cups really live up to all my expectations. No greasy residue soaks through to outside of paper, no residue on pan; they're pretty; they make lifting the muffins out of the pan easy-peasy; they peel off the muffins cleanly; if I'm clumsy and dribble a little batter up the side of the cup, it bakes and hardens and is easily removed after cooking, leaving no stain or residue. I want to buy some white ones to indicate muffins WITHOUT nuts, and continue to use the brown ones for WITH nuts.
Not thin and flimsy like some muffin holders. Fit in the jumbo muffin/cupcake pans perfectly. And most importsnt there are no color dyes on them
I used these to put brownie batter in them. I doubled the batch and put 2 big ladles scoops in each to fill the cup. Did not turn out well at all! Would not bake through and the oil was all over the place. So I used just 1 ladle in each and they turned out much better. If you get the batter on the tulip it wipes right off which is awesome! They are very nice and decorative.
Love baking with these. Fits perfect in the bigger cup cake pans, doesn’t show grease and baked items do not stick to them. Recommend!
These are so pretty when making large muffins. They fit my deep muffin pan perfectly and step the game up with ease of cleaning the pan. Plus they make your muffins look Bakery Shop bought!
