Looks great and if it makes as well as my other silicone pans I will greatly enjoy the bigger sizebigger. The bigger size will be great for families. Love the non stick.
Have baked a meatloaf and banana bread and both came out great! Being able to collapse the pan was appealing since I have limited storage space. It’s a bit tricky to get it collapsed, so I deducted one star.
A Versatile Kitchen Game-Changer We Never Saw ComingWe grabbed this expandable silicone loaf pan thinking it'd just stash our home-milled whole-grain breads under its lid to lock in that fresh-baked magic. Boy, were we wrong—in the best way! It's morphed into our go-to for everything from oven-fresh loaves to cozy family casseroles that slide seamlessly from the oven to the table, the fridge, and even the microwave for reheating. Who knew one pan could juggle it all?Bonus Goodies That Sweeten the DealUnboxing felt like Christmas: a set of egg-wash brushes (perfect for that glossy loaf shine), a handy dough scraper for portioning without mess, and the star—silicone oven mitts that grip like pros. Everything's made from premium, food-safe silicone that's a breeze to rinse and tuck away. No more scrubbing nightmares!Bakes Big, Releases Easy, Cleans Like a DreamStretching to a generous 11" x 4.7", it's ideal for those hearty family-sized loaves without crowding your oven. The thick walls hold firm during baking (thanks to that sturdy metal rim—no sagging here), and unlike finicky metal pans, your bread pops out sticky-free onto the cooling rack every time. Pro tip: Pair it with your cast iron for boules, but this one's unbeatable for everyday sandwich slices. Why It's Our New Baking ObsessionWe've ditched half our gadgets for this one's sheer ease, capacity, and adaptability. If you're milling grains, feeding a crowd, or just tired of sticky disasters, grab one—you'll wonder how your kitchen survived without it. Five stars; it's earned a permanent spot on our counter!
Great multipurpose product! The size is a little big for the bread loaves I usually make but this is great for proofing and doubling up a batch! Easy to clean since it’s silicone and bake ability works pretty well. I like the little utensils it comes with even though they look a bit childish 😅 The yellow brush and spatula has come in handy more than I expected. Im not so sure about the original price close to $30 but I think $20 is worth the value for money.
This silicone pan is solid. It does not bend or fold up on you while you are using it. The top has a metal (?) frame that makes it easy to use. It does come with a lid and a few other utensils. I never bake my sourdough loafs with a lid but decided to give it a try. It kept the top from getting browned, which made me need to cook a little longer than usual and eventually I put it on broil for 2 minutes cause it just wasn’t browning fast enough. The pan is very deep. You could make a hefty load if you wanted to. I liked the little oven mitts that came with it. Very easy to use and works perfectly. I did oil the loaf pan before putting the bread in. The bread slid right out when it was done, so it’s nonstick. easy to clean. I could literally just wipe it out. This is a nice set. I’m going to practice with the lid. Maybe only adding it to the end to prevent it getting too brown (that might have been why I was supposed to do!). Recommend this set
This is a heavy duty silicone LARGE loaf pan. I would say if you are making a loaf recipe, you would need to do 1.5 x the recipe to make a loaf that would fit a normal. It is nice that it folds down to make the height smaller for storage. The metal lip keeps the overall loaf pretty sturdy, but I would say if you are making a large loaf, you should bake it on a sheet pan to support the bottom if you bake on a rack. If you bake on a stone, then the stone can support the bottom for sure. The extra accessories are nice with the silicone kits, scraper, and silicone covered whisk. This is quite non-stick, and I may use it for lasagna or other casseroles for two. (But really the size is suitable for four). The cover is great for storing casseroles too.
