This product is exactly what I have needed. The items dry super fast, the design is perfect. When dishes are dry I can put the drying mat away and keep the kitchen neat and tidy. The mat already has a rubber attachment and it comes with an additional rubber mat to prevent any slipping. I am going to buy another one for my dog's water dish. Highly recommend this product.

There are 24” x 16” size is great for countertop use beside the sink for any hand washed pots and pans. I love diatomaceous earth and I’ve used it in so many forms, this mat is the newest of those that I’ve tried and I love it! It absorbs water in seconds, keeping the countertop neat and hygienic. There is a non-slip backing and additionally, a piece of rubber like you put under rugs so they don’t slip. It’s functions aren’t limited to dish drying though, these are great under plants, in front of the shower or where wet boots come into the house, I’m sure I could th8nk of a hundred other uses. It’s durable when treated kindly, as long as nothing super heavy is dropped on it, it is made of stone. The only real thing that I don’t love is that it can’t really be folded but it rolls, for storage this isn’t great so I just store it flat when not in use and I want it out of the way. I absolutely recommend this diatomaceous earth mat.
I have no idea what "Diatomite" is, however this drying mat has a permanent place on our kitchen counter, replacing the towel previously used to catch moisture/water on items rinsed in the sink. It works as advertised - moisture is quickly absorbed. This adds an attractive "high tech" function and appearance to our kitchen counter.
This stone drying mat absorbs water well and dries quickly. The look and color are nice, and it blends in easily on the counter. For basic day‑to‑day use, it performs the way you would expect a stone mat to perform.There are a few downsides worth mentioning. It absorbs spills just as well as regular water, which means it stains easily. Those stains are not the easiest to remove. The stones are connected by plastic sheets, and those plastic sections do not absorb water at all. They get dirty pretty quickly, so this is not a set‑and‑forget type of mat. You need to clean between the stones regularly to keep it looking decent. While the flexibility is nice if you are storing it away, I think a solid stone mat like some of the shower mats I've seen would be better.Overall, it works, but it does require more upkeep than I expected.

Love this mat! I'm going to purchase another one to ensure we have a large hygenic drying area. It drys so quickly and is easy to clean. It stays in place weather using larger pots and pans or smaller utensils or cups. Solid construction and weight. I wish something like this existed for drying fruits and veggies.
