I made a fancy beef wellington. I would probably buy a metal one if I was going to use it often but I don't. You havecto press hard and then I did need to use a knife on some parts to help with opening pastry
I had such a hard time with this. I was so excited to use it. It does not cut through the dough completely and would shred parts of it up. No matter the pressure I put or anyway I tried. I did end up throwing it away.
This roller made nice strips for the pie. However, it does not work as shown in the photo!

I got this for making Venezuelan Christmas Ham bread and makes them look so awesome. My family gave me such a nice compliments about the appearance. Loved it
