I got this stainless steel steamer pot mainly for preparing baby food, and it works perfectly. It heats evenly, cooks vegetables just right, and is sturdy yet easy to handle. The quality is excellent, it’s durable, and super easy to clean. The stainless steel still looks brand new after many uses. Great value for money and a must-have for healthy baby meals and family cooking.
I had 2 sauce pans before this. One was warped on the bottom and would not sit flat on the stove. The other was my le creuset enamal cast iron. When the enamal chipped off, I knew I needed something reliable and high quality. Leetaltree offered up this 1.5 qt sauce pan, which arrives beautifully packaged. The extra little things like each piece wrapped and bagged, the added grippers for holding the buffet handles made me look more closely at this purchase. The packaging was done so well that it makes a great gift with a little wrapping paper.Now, the sauce pan. This is just what I needed. Perfect for sauces, which I make a lot of. Also great for steaming veggies. The base is sturdy and flat, and it feels like a quality pan. I will use it for cooking rice on the stove top as well. Oh yeah, it is also easy to clean. This was a HUGE win! My dad and my husband are both extremely detailed about the quality of their kitchen equipment. I got this for my husband and he loves it. He wants more like this. He wants this format more so than even the extra fancy cast iron items I had on the list.
This saucepan has lived on top of my stove ever since it arrived at my home. I use it for everything from heating up leftovers to cooking small portions of pasta, grits and rice. With the included steamer basket it's great for steaming fresh or frozen vegetables. The glass lid with two sizes of drain holes allow you to drain liquid without having to drag out a colander. Stainless steel construction provides even heating and makes for easy cleanup. As a bonus it looks great when all clean and shiny on the stovetop. My only regret is that I probably should have gotten a larger one but for two people this one works out well. Hard to beat for the price
perfect size for one person. Steamed vegetables in 6-9 minutes and that's counting the full time from turning on burner to adding the goat butter when tender. Easy to clean stainless steel. Very solid little pan. It holds the heat very well so I've learned to empty the water right away so the pan is not to hot to clean after my meal.
I had to replace all my pans to stainless steel due to using an induction cooktop. It came packaged well. It is a solid feeling pan without being heavy. I love that there is a colander with it to steam vegies and it has handles to make it easier to get out of the pan. The pan handle did not feel cheap but solid and easy to grasp. I have not been able to use it yet but will update when that happens.
Pot size is great and is just what I was looking for. Love the steamer that is an extra feature.
