Nice Loaf Pan
So far, I am please with these loaf pan. I use these pans to make sandwich shaped artisan sourdough loaves and they work beautifully! I do use a parchment liner in so the loaf just slides right out and nothing stick. It light weight. They also wash great in the dishwasher and I love how they are stainless steel

Great pans, bake consistent good loaves- both in sourdough regular bread
I love these so much! I use them to bake sourdough bread, so I actually have 24 of them and can bake 12 loaves in my oven at once that turn out PERFECT!!! They are a sturdy weight, without being heavy at ALL! They stack well for easy use, and storage and wash well. A tiny bit of oil in the pan is necessary to keep the bread from sticking- or I use silicone liners in mine (or parchment paper liners). You can see what they look like here in the photo, with the pan on top of the other. I do use a little stainless steel shower curtain clip to keep them in place, and it works great!

Good pans but horrible packaging
Love the pans but I don’t see anyone else talking about how difficult it was to pull them apart coming out of the package. I bake a lot of bread out of my home and I bought two boxes and after pulling the pans apart my fingers were so sore and because I placed the pans against my chest to give stability to pull them apart I have a bruise on my chest. Maybe I’m just an idiot but they were stuck together so tight. Other than that they are great pans just the packing could be better.

Understand your baking pans! These are not high wall pans. If you are looking for a high rise for your bread, these pans are not them. These are well made, and being uncoated stainless steel, they will stick. They need to be lined if making sticky breads. These are excellent for sour dough loaves, quick breads, rolls, and other baking. They are not so great if you want a high wall for conventional yeast breads. The weight is nice. It shows they are solid.

Perfect for 2 pan method baking!
Fits 850-900g loaf well. I bake sourdough loaves with the 2 pan method and they come out well shaped every time. Wipe down easily too.
