Okay knife - nice blade - bad handle/weighting.

The blade on this knife is actually quite nice. It arrived well packages, sharp and cuts vegetables easily - is great for onions, peppers, cabbage, etc. It's a perfect size for most kitchen use - and is super easy to clean (I don't wash any of my knives in the dishwasher - and i wouldn't recommend this one.)That said, I’m very disappointed in the handle. It feels like lightweight plastic and doesn’t have the solid, well-balanced feel I expect from a good kitchen knife. The overall weighting feels off, which makes it feel a bit cheap compared to other knives I own.So far it works, and the cutting performance is good, but the blade and weighting stop me from recommending. I’ll continue using it to see how it holds up over time, but it feels more like an average, budget-friendly knife rather than something special - and for this price point I expected significantly more.
