The blue is a little more royal than pictured. Good towels.
I’ve been using these tea towels in my kitchen and they’ve been a really great everyday staple. The natural cotton feels soft but still substantial, and they do a great job actually drying dishes instead of just pushing water around. I like the flat woven flour sack style because it dries quickly and doesn’t leave lint behind.nThe navy striped and patterned designs look clean and classic, and they hold up well after washing without shrinking or losing their shape. The size is generous enough for drying larger items or even using them for bread proofing. Overall, these feel well made, practical, and nice enough to leave out on the counter. Definitely a good set if you want simple, functional towels that also look good in the kitchen.
These cotton tea towels are large and have well set colors in a simple pattern. I would recommend deciding first and foremost if you would like these for decoration or for daily use. They come with a good amount of starch in them that you will need to wash out to get the full absorbency of the towels. If using them for decoration, you can fold and iron as usual. For daily use, I did not find these as absorbent as microcloth or other towels I have used, but they do make up for this by having a very low lint content. These towels are relatively thin and I would not recommend using them for any kind of scrubbing cleaning. Wiping and drying only. That being said, they are of good quality stitching and the stitching did not fray in the wash. Overall, at a bit over $3.50 per towel at the time of writing, I believe these are a good value for the money.
This is a nice quality set of Lincoln & Palm Natural Cotton Tea Towels. Before using them I washed all of them except 1 in a cool water wash with white vinegar. I tossed them in the dryer with no fabric softener as usual. Being 100% real cotton, they did have some shrinkage, as expected, but not very much, as evidenced in my photo. They are still a nice large size! They are very low lint, unlike terry towels, yet quite absorbent. I love to use them on top of my bread proofing bowls, and also like to have one tucked into my waistband when cooking in the kitchen. The loop on each towel makes it convenient to hang them in the kitchen as well. The quality and price are both very good, and I will consider purchasing them again as additions to gift baskets or bridal shower gifts. I'm very pleased with them.
Fabric is very thin.
This set of Lincoln & Palm Natural Cotton Tea Towels is a perfect blend of old-school utility and modern kitchen aesthetics. The standout feature is the herringbone flat weave; unlike plush terry cloth towels that often just push water around, these 100% cotton flour sack towels are designed for maximum lint-free absorption. This makes them the superior choice for drying glassware without leaving streaks or for covering rising dough during bread proofing, as the tight weave prevents sticking. At 27 x 19 inches, they are generously oversized, providing enough surface area to dry an entire load of dishes before becoming saturated. The classic striped design and herringbone texture give them a high-end "farmhouse" look that holds up well after multiple machine washes, actually becoming softer and more absorbent over time. For anyone tired of flimsy, decorative-only towels, this set offers a professional-grade tool for heavy-duty drying, hand-wiping, and baking tasks while still looking great hanging on the oven handle.
These towels work great for bread proofing and have quickly become a kitchen staple. The cotton fabric is breathable and soft, which makes it ideal for covering dough without sticking or drying it out. They are also very absorbent and do a nice job drying dishes and hands. The size is generous, the herringbone weave feels durable, and the navy patterns look clean and classic. After washing, they hold up well with only minimal shrinkage. A solid set of multipurpose kitchen towels, especially if you bake bread regularly.
