A Cut Above the Rest. The Best Quality Set of Knives
To be honest, I understand little to nothing about knives. However, I follow a chef who is an excellent cook, and recently, I saw him talking about knives, mentioning that the 'Linoroso chef knife' is his favorite, even surpassing another super expensive one that he didn’t even use to save it. At this point, I shouldn’t have been easily impressed, but this set of knives is amazing.Straight out of the box, they are super sharp. Great gift set
This knife set is amazing!They are very sharp and have stayed sharp for many meals so far! I’ve used them for cutting avocados and meats and even slicing homemade sushi rolls and these knives work flawlessly. They’re comfortable to use and hold and clean and keep clean!

An Absolutely Gorgeous Knife Set
I was really excited to get these babies in the mail because they just looked so good even from their ad. I wasn't disappointed in the slightest. They come in a simple but elegant green box that is the same color as the handle and has the logo in simple golf front. From there you open it up to find the knives carefully nestled within a faux-velvet box.Each knife is tightly positioned within an opening based on the knife's specific size and dimension. I swear even before you take them out of the box you know you've got a quality product on your hands but when you do...oh yeah, you're impressed. The knives are a satisfying weigh, the handles fit well in the palm and have a heft to them when you handle them.The steel is sparkling, and the handle is a glossy emerald green color. The steel is absolutely just as sharp as they promise you and I was able to dice and chop with ease. Take care of these when you get them, don't just stick them in a drawer. Invest in a magnetic hanging strip so you can be sure you never risk making them dull.

Let me start with the material, 1.4116 German high-carbon stainless steel, is a great material for common kitchen use. Sure there are better and more expensive materials, but this is truly a good corrosion resistant material with a level of carbon allowing high hardness for toughness and edge retention. You can't go wrong with the material for the price.These knives feel great in the hand. Very well balanced and comfortable in the hand with a full tang handle for strength. Personally, I think the green handles look sharp and really stand out.This set provides a good range of function with the three different styles. I think they cover the full range of uses for the average home chief. So, this would be an ideal high quality starter set or would even be a great addition to expand your knife set.

Comfortable and very sharp
These are very comfortable knives and surprisingly very sharp. I cut up a huge, rock hard butternut squash into small cubes with the chefs knife and it was effortless. The blades are on the thinner side which I prefer, they are easy to keep sharp with a good 12” steel honing rod, that’s all you should need to do, I rarely have to sharpen a knife. These slide through most anything with ease, I own some very expensive knives as well as mid and lower priced knives and I gotta tell ya, some of the cheaper ones like these end up being my go to knives. These are very nice and an amazing value, you won’t be disappointed. As for the leprechaun green, well, that’s a matter of preference, it’s actually not mine, it is different but personally, I don’t care for the color or the clashy brass rivets but the knives are pretty awesome and to me that’s all that matters. Maybe they will offer more colors, would love to see orange. If you are on a budget but want excellence cutting knives, comfortable to use, these are a great choice. Impressive set. Recommend

The grips are comfortable to....grip, the blades are super sharp, the knuckle clearance is greater than similar knives, and the steel is thick and strong. I could not be more thrilled, and that's before I even consider the price, which is LOW for quality knives. Going to pass on some of my lower-quality knives after getting these!They are high-quality tools that are excellent. The box had a small dent in it from shipping, but no matter - it's still excellent presentation. Honestly, you can't go wrong here.
