This Tea maker is very easy to use and clean. I make about 6 gallons of tea a week and the tea is always good. I've bought another brand of tea maker and had to return it for another one of the same kind. The screens on filters started ripping on the 2nd one so I bought this one and am using it to this day.

Just received my ice tea maker. Only made 3 pitchers of tea, but I am satisfied so far. Levels for adding rea and ice are clearly marked. Makes a full 2 qt pitcher of tea quickly. Tea tastes excellent. I like that I can control the strength of the tea. Overall I am very pleased with my tea maker.
This has been a game changer. My husband loves iced tea, I love coffee. We set up both machines next to each other. Now our mornings can be shared together with our favorite beverages.It’s very easy to use, it’s pretty self explanatory, especially if you’ve already been using machines like a coffee maker. I do really appreciate the brew strength toggle so that we can brew the perfect pitcher of tea. I suggest brewing it with the toggle set to the strongest since the ice does melt and dilute it.I love the dishwasher safe carafe as well.Thus far, it’s been working great! No issues to report. I saw some reviews saying it doesn’t brew all the water, but if you don’t overfill it, there isn’t an issue.
I was hesitant to purchase this product due to the reviews that said the glass pitcher was easily broken and made of thin glass. I have not had that experience with this product. Yes, it is glass, so it requires more careful handling than a plastic pitcher. I purchased two additional pitchers, so I can brew tea while some tea is still in the other pitcher. I think this product works great and I'm totally pleased.I have used the Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Maker for years, and the brewing part still works, but those pitchers crack over time, and I could no longer find replacement pitchers, thus my purchase of this product.I also like that the pitcher sits on the base of the brewing unit rather than directly on the counter.If you're on the fence about purchasing this, I would say "Go for it." I am glad that I took the plunge. I use this item every day.
