Nice quality. Remember that cooking with stainless is different than non stick. but I kept throwing out nonstick pans bc the coating peels off, yuk! I got this pan mostly for fried eggs so the lid is great to have too.
I really like this frying pan. It is very well made. It is not a non-stick frying pan so you have to make sure to use cooking oil. It cleans up very nicely. Cover fits perfectly. I use it a lot.
Great pan, and the glass lid takes the guess work out of most dishes.
Nice pan and lid for a low cost 10/8 SS. Note that the top of the pan is not flared, so the lid only fits this pan, not, say a tramontina with flared edges. Packaging was very good and delivery was fast. It's a good pan+lid for the $$.
This is my first time using stainless steel cookware and I'm blown away at how naturally nonstick it is! You do need to follow the cooking guidelines like medium or low heat and using enough oil or butter when cooking...the cleanup is relatively easy...I use soap a nylon scrubber for general cleaning...and use barkeepers friend for harder to remove stains . For the quality and price, you can't go wrong...I'll be ordering more!
This is the perfect size. I used it to cook steak and eggs mostly and I love how convenient it is. It seems like good quality too.
I had to change my entire review because after washing this pan I discovered that the way the lid is designed water gets stuck inside the glass rim and the stainless steel and is trapped in there; soapy water... That space isn't there with my other glass lids so I've never seen this before but it's a major flaw. I only used it just the once and only just noticed after figuring out that you can replace the lid handle so that is low profile enough to flip the lid and it'll lay flat so you can store it more proficiently and put other pans and things on top of it. The water being trapped in there for me ruins the purchase and I'll be returning it. If I didn't need the lid I would keep it but I do so I'll be shopping for another pan like it but with a better lid. Very unfortunate because it really is a nice pan otherwise.
