Wonderful tea diffuser! Has revolutionized my hot tea drinking! Attractive device, large filter basket, generous hot tea capacity, retains heat well, perfect for placing on table for serving. Exactly what I needed, though I was unaware of its existence!

Keeps tea hot for HOURS like I left it overnight and woke up to find it still warm. Doesn’t leak and has a sleek finish to it. The water doesn’t flow down the tea basket as smoothly as a different one of mine. Kinda difficult to clean as it’s narrow and hand wash only. But exactly what I was looking for!
I bought this because my favorite Chinese restaurant doesn't serve tea (I know, weird). A waited showed me a similar thermos he had and I ordered this one. Easy to use and keeps tea hot.
Nice concept and functionality. The tea insert is good quality and easy to clean with a toothbrush. The quality of the exterior is not the best. The colored surface is peeling after a few months and stains easily. I would buy again, but a stainless exterior might last longer. I would also get one larger than the 16.9 oz. Tea stays warm for several hours, however other brands maintain temperature longer.
