Good feel, bad everything else
Update 5/11/2019:Seller reached out again and offered to send another set to highlight the new quality control. The set that was sent to me was much improved over previous sets. All spoons were nicely polished with no visible defects. All 6 spoons were stamped nearly identical with no part being oddly shaped. Based on this set that was sent to me I would highly recommend these spoons. I've also noticed after using these spoons for some time that they are well balanced. Stirring drinks can be done in a clean circular motion that doesn't clink the side of the glass. Props to the seller for caring about their customers opinions and concerns.Wanted to love these spoons, but the quality is terrible. Some have the heads of the spoon that didn't get filed correctly so they are almost sharp. One has ripples in the stainless steel that is pealing away revealing a core that doesn't look stainless at all. If I wasn't returning these to Amazon I would cut them in half to verify if they are plated. Very dissatisfied. They look great and feel great weight wise. Quality control on these are bad. Of the 12 I purchased one had the pealing plating and 3 maybe 4 were sharp enough that I wouldn't want to use them. I would say you get what you pay for but these were some of the more pricy ones on Amazon.UPDATE:So the company reached out to me to try and resolve my issues. They sent me another set of spoons and said they have been working on product control. Some of the spoons still had the sharper edges issues mentioned above (although not as bad), and one of spoons had some rough spots where it wasn't polished correctly (this one isn't pealing though). After asking my wife to look through them I would say that on average, one spoon in a package is questionable enough to warrant not being used. I'm raising one star for prompt customer service. They really do appear to care about their product, I guess their supplier just isn't on point. I'm adding one additional star because the spoons that don't have defects really are a good spoon. Solid, good weight, strong, looks good. If they can get to a point where their QC is getting more like one in a hundred bad spoons into the boxes this would be a no brainer 5 star product, but for now, buy at your own risk and don't be surprised if one or two of the spoons in a box isn't high quality.
