Great Digital Food Thermometer

This Lonicera Digital Thermometer is just what we needed. It came quickly and in perfect condition. It is very easy to use. It turns on when you lift up the probe. It is well lit and easy to see. It has a light button if you need the light to stay on. The temperature shows quickly and accurately. It can be either Celsius or Fahrenheit with a touch of a button. The design is nice and easy to hold in your hand. It is waterproof but I wipe it down with a soapy cloth and rinse it the same way. I do run the probe under water to clean it. It seems very durable and it should last a long time as long as you take care of it. I cannot comment on the battery life as I just started using it. Has held up better than the competition

I grill and smoke a lot of meats, so I am always using a thermometer like this. I have gone through about 6 of the other brands. This one feels like it is made better. I also have a habit of leaving them outside, even when it rains. This one is still going strong after sitting out in a few rain storms. It doesn’t even get the fog under the screen after getting wet. So, seems to have good seals. I would buy it again.

Clever design easy to use.

This unit works really well, it's easy to use, and easy to recalibrate. It is a little too long for some applications, but it replaced several units that keep draining their batteries. The designer was clever. The hold the temp button makes it easy when reaching into the oven. If you buy it, you will use it. It won't just lie in the back of a kitchen drawer.

It has improved my oven roasted dishes significantly

Extremely fast and precise. It gives me the temperature in a second or two. I use it frequently while roasting or grilling.It's not a leave in thermometer. It has worked much better for me than any leave in thermometer, however.I bought a second one to use as a soil temperature probe.
