Nice clear protective placemat for countertop.

A bit thicker than I expected, but I don't foresee that being an issue. Using this on top to protect my countertop when people work at it with a laptop. So far it is keeping oil and grease off the countertop which is what I wanted. Easy to clean and nice and clear, but does take a little while to lay flat on the edges. Mouse works pretty good on it considering it is clear.

The weight of the cover is perfect, it is not flimsy. The cover cleans up really well. I use this cover over a tablecloth and the table always looks great. Never place a vinyl cover directly on wood surfaces. The vinyl will degrade the wood finish; found out the hard way.

Thick, *sometimes* easy to wipe

I am happy with this product. It is thick and strong and and easy to place on the table. It flattened out quickly and does not have a strong plastic smell. Crumbs and spills wipe up easily. It is kind of sticky. I placed a tray of condiments on the table cover, and when I tried to push it over a little, it stuck fast until I lifted it.I was unsure about placing the plastic directly on the wood table, so I put a tablecloth on first with the cover on top. It looks good! It is about 2” too long, but I haven’t tried cutting it yet since there is a statement about possible shrinkage on the package. I would give it five stars if it came in the right size for my table and didn’t need cutting at all. *Edit: do not place a magazine or flyer from the mail directly on the table cover! The ink comes off onto the plastic and needs to be scrubbed off. This is a nuisance.

Good news! It was delivered in a smaller box wound up quite tightly but in 24 hours with the assistance of a few heavy books the protector in is place and lying flat. The quality is just as described and the fit is perfect. Good but absorbs chilli oil/pickle juice

Good, thick cover for a dining table. However, it takes 1-3 days of placing heavy objects and using a hair dryer to flatten it out fully during the first use. The strange thing is that pickle juice (Indian)/chilli oil gets absorbed and leaves a mark in the plastic cover! Not sure how plastic can absorb this and leave a permanent stain in it and not be easy to clean. For how expensive it is, expected it to be better.
