Great lunchbox! Here it is packed full for an 11 hour workday for lunch and snacks (sandwich, vegetables, fruit, nuts, yogurt, granola inside, and room to spare!!). Love the small inner pocket for utensils and the small outer pocket where you could tuck in something else, like a protein bar or napkins. The velcro sheds

The bag is great, good size, sturdy enough handles, roomy and insulated inside. I like the side pocket outside the bag. My bag sheds the velcro pieces every single time I open the bag. The velcro pieces have gotten on my food and drinks. I'll use this bag as long as possible but my next purchase will likely have a zipper.

Beware Velcro closure

It never occurred to me as problematic before, but as I packed & unpacked this lunch bag, the Velcro with which it closes snagged & pulled threads from the sleeves of my clothes more times than I could count. I eventually got frustrated enough with it to buy a zipper to replace the Velcro with so my work wardrobe would be safe again. Cheap and easy fix, but I wish I'd just bought a zippered one to begin with.Otherwise, this bag is fine. It seems pretty sturdy and has held up well so far (a couple months of 2-3-days-per-week use). Plenty of space for me, easily accommodating a can of seltzer, leftover dishes big enough for a few cups of food, my reusable plasticware set, and a couple of ice packs. The amount of time things stay cold with small ice packs is acceptable for a lunch bag, but won't go much beyond 6 hours. Though, adding the zipper seems to have improved this mildly. Handles are ample and comfortable in the crook of an elbow when you're lugging several things back & forth from the office.
