Size is great to make a small but varied snack tray.This could perfectly fit your purse and have just enogh things to have a light munch.Good if you like to have a little bit of everything, but on small portions.Pairs great with joie small sauce inox containers.Also helpful to keep granola bars, cookies or cracker from crushing (but probably must take out of packaging to make them fit).Divided compartment is great to put small fruits on one side and dry things (nuts, cookies or so) on the other side.Keep in mind this is not hermetic, so any wet or soaking foods will definitely leak. Also, it has no latches, so if too full, probably will open.Still, a great product and useful for small snacks and portability.

Sturdy, clean and easy to use

Sturdy, leakproof and stainless steel throughout. They are also perfect size for snacks! I looked for a while and I believe these are the best snack boxes I have found in my search. The steel lid doesn’t come off easily but is still easy to use for toddlers. Highly recommend!

Think twice if purchasing for young kid school lunch

I did like this item and the fact it isn’t plastic. It appeared to be durable and good quality. I returned though because my 5 year old had a hard time opening it. It was purchased for his school lunch and I didn’t want him to struggle at school. Just something to think about if you are buying for a child. For an adult it would seem rather small, maybe better for an on the go snack.

Compartments arent properly sealed

I bought this for my toddler’s snacks but was really disappointed when I opened it up and noticed that the juices released from his cut up blackberries had soaked his sandwich in the other section. This box would only really work for dry foods. I knew the lunch box wasn’t leak proof but I figured that meant the lid, not that the compartments didn’t adequately separate the contents from each other. Was planning to buy another when I first got this because I thought it was well built, but really disappointed to learn I can’t put most toddler friendly fruit in this. The juice run off from things like cut up berries or melon would soak whatever is in the other portions.

Not long lasting

I bought these for my kids to take to school. I use it mainly for my daughter’s breakfast eggs and fruit. They do not stay closed and I always have to rubber band it. We used it consistently for 5 months and the metal separating the compartments broke off. Defeats the purpose of me trying to separate certain foods. I have always hand washed them and my kids aren’t rough with them. Disappointing ;( I would never put yogurt or anything to “liquidity” in them because it will 100% leak.
