Good Baking Mat
This is a nice baking mat for a reasonable price. I don't make macarons, but I do make pizza and this was awesome for that. It's grippy enough to hold the dough as I spread it out (unlike my regular pan, which leaves me constantly fighting to keep the dough stretched out), and then the pizza came right off it after baking. It is a bit larger than any of the baking trays I own, but it's sturdy enough that I am able to transfer it to the oven without much trouble and just bake with the mat directly on the rack or an upside down baking sheet. I pushed it to its temperature limit with that pizza baked at 480F and it held up perfectly.

The quality of this mat seems pretty good, it's a decent thickness, and baked goods comes right off of it like a charm. I also like the little Velcro strap to keep this mat rolled, it's a small thing, but sometimes it's the little things that can make a difference.Where I was a tad disappointed was with the quantity I received. The listing header indicates "Two-Piece", yet there was only one mat included. So I'm not sure what's going on there. Furthermore, the ONE mat was a SINGLE-PIECE mat. I was expecting two mats to be honest, but then at the end of the listing header it explicitly states (Pink, 1PC). What I can confirm is that there is only ONE mat, and it's ONE-PIECE.Silicone mats are not new, they've been around for a long time. When made well (with food grade silicone), they're super safe for all kids of uses. While silicone has a high tolerance to heat (these are rated to 480°F), they should not be used over an open flame. They're also microwave safe, freezer safe, and dishwasher safe making silicone both versatile and easy to maintain.My last notable is that I love the measuring tape around the perimeter of the mat, I just wish that they had it around all four sides, and in both metric and imperial measures together rather than separated.Overall, it's still a great mat, it's functional, it's versatile, and it's effective.

Measure your oven!
I love this silicone mat. It is a sturdy, durable weight. Unfortunately, I hadn't considered my oven size when I ordered it. I have a 30" wall oven. The interior of my oven doesn't accommodate a pan large enough to fit this silicone mat. This is not the fault of the mat, but my fault for not measuring my oven.The first photo shows the silicone mat inside a full sized, sheet cake pan. It fit's the pan well. Unfortunately, this sheet cake pan will not fit in my oven. (I enjoy baking and really wish I had a big oven!)The second photo shows the silicone mat over a half sheet pan that does fit in my oven. As you can see, it hangs over the edge of the pan by quite a bit.I will still use and enjoy this silicone mat for making drop candies with melted chocolate. I will enjoy the large size for that purpose.I highly recommend this silicone mat, it is a great value and it is a quality weight. Just measure the inside of your oven first if you wish to use it for baking.

Pink Circles Hard to See - Get Darker Color
I was really excited to get this mat because I bake often and have been wanting to try making macarons. Anyone who bakes macarons knows how helpful it is to have a mat with printed circles to ensure each cookie is the same size.While this mat is well-made and has a nice feel to it, the printed circles are so light in color that they’re almost impossible to see. That makes it really hard to use as a guide when piping the batter, and if I can’t see the outlines, I can’t properly portion each cookie. At that point, it’s basically just a regular silicone baking mat, not one specifically designed for macarons.If you're thinking about getting one, I recommend choosing a darker color. The pink is cute and gives off baking vibes, but it’s just too light to be functional for precise baking. For this reason, I’m giving it less stars because I already have plenty of regular baking mats I didn’t need another one. I specifically needed a macaron mat.

Nice Silicone Mat
I’m really happy with these macaron silicone baking mats so far. They’re a great thickness. Sturdy without being too heavy—and they lay flat on the pan without curling at the edges. I don’t actually make macarons, but I’ve been using them for sugar cookies, and they work perfectly for that. The cookies bake evenly and slide right off without sticking, which makes cleanup super easy.The only small downside is that the mat is just a little too large for my baking sheet, so it doesn’t fit quite as nicely as I’d like. It’s not a dealbreaker, but a better fit would make it perfect. Overall, great quality and very easy to clean. I’d definitely recommend these if you bake often!

Simple way for consistently sized cookies
I saw these mats on a TV cooking competion and thought premeasured circles would make baking consistently sized cookies a breeze.When purchasing make sure you measure your trays, to find mats that fit or be ready to trim to fit. These were “almost” a perfect fit.Packaging and product description are a little misleading. There's only one mat.
