A great idea!
Very happy with my new universal lid. I questioned it at first but soon realized how handy it is.

Very happy with my new universal lid. I questioned it at first but soon realized how handy it is.
I bit heavy but works well on several different size skillets. I keep it with my 3 sizes of carbon steel skillets.
It works great, and I find I use it all the time both as a trivet and a cover.HOWEVER, I would dispute whether it’s actually “dishwasher safe”. Running it through the dishwasher does not affect performance but it does start affecting the finish of the silicone surface so would recommend hand washing if you like to keep your cookware nice looking.
Bought as a gift but seems to be of great quality
Works for all 3 sizes of pans
Traps heat good. Fits all sizes as advertised. Works astonishingly well as a boomerang.
I must admit I have mixed feelings about this product. On the positive side, the lid is very will made and solid and the fact that it can withstand up to 400 degrees and is dishwasher safe make it seem like an ideal kitchen companion. The ridged side of the cover does mate with our Made In pans very well and, by flipping it over, we've been able to use it on non-Made In pans as well. With the same silicone surface on both sides that's an option that makes the lid ever more useful. That said, be aware that this lid is deceptively heavy and that might be an issue for some. It is also somewhat awkward to position securely and safely on smaller diameter pans. The primary issue I have with this lid is that it is definitely priced too high for the value it provides. We have a set of flexible silicone pan lids that work just as well, weigh little, clean easily, and cost much, much less than this Made In offering. I think there are better, more cost-effective solutions available though perhaps without the Made In "Rolls Royce" quality.
