I was able to dry brine on the fabulous sturdy rack getting to all those turkey bits without getting awkward. Like my wife, this has a nice rack. The pan is solid. Good elevation with the rack, so very usable with convection. Used this for an 18lb turkey and it came out great. Will hold a 24 pound turkey
Sturdy and large enough for a 24 pound turkey. I will use the pan this Christmas for cooking a pork crown roast. Fingers crossed. This is my 3rd Made In pan and I am very happy with the quality.

Confirmed: NOT Induction Stove Top Compatible (SS Roasting Pan)
I received the large size SS Roasting Pan and notice the bottom is indented in the middle and not flat, so how can it be stove top / Induction compatible as their web site implies and another reviewer stated? I reached out to Made In and they confirmed via email that the Roasting Pan is for oven use and NOT induction compatible. It's a shame because the size, quality and design seem higher than others. However the main reason I chose this was to be able to roast meats or turnkey and then be able to deglaze and build the sauce/gravy in it on the stove top. I'm guessing the indented bottom design is to help prevent warping which seems to be a problem for this metal thickness level roasting pan. Nice pan but lacks a main feature needed for higher level home cooking. Will return.
