This machine is everything it advertised, and more. I couldn't be happier. Heat-up is fast, and I can brew 3 shots using room-temp water. More if using hot thermos water (on the go).Use Nesspresso #9 or stronger for optimum results.Here's what really sold me. The machine had a charging glitch after a few months. I contacted customer support, and sent them the short video they requested to help troubleshoot. Nina from C.S. reached out quickly and informed me that a new machine was on the way, and to send the old one to e-waste when it arrived. WOW!Just not not the kind of support you see nowadays. I would be even better if…
I love this item very much. If only the battery could last a little longer it would be perfect. I usually get two lungos out of each charge and it is not enough/ideal specially if you are on the road.

Love this!
I love this! It makes real espresso! It’s portable. Just need water and espresso. I use the bottom cap as a cup for it to brew in (check the notches and make sure it doesn’t fall in - I made that mistake once). The only thing to be mindful of is it takes a while to charge (a few hours from about 30 percent). This is not an issue for me as I use it for work, and charge it once I arrive home. It’s easy to use, clean, and portable. Even comes with tubes for coffee or sugar etc.

Excellent machine. Love the espresso. The ones made with grounds are rich with flavor and crema! But! After 12 capsules, an inner part of the cartridge has fallen out. One day after the return window. If I carefully replace the small metal prongs, and carefully put in the new capsule and reseal the cartridge it has worked. I love this thing tho! It makes two hot espressos on one charge; recharges in two hours and cleans easily.One week later: I contacted the manufacturer and was sent a request for a photo of the defect. We resolved the issue quickly! I make these espressos on trail-often in sub freezing temps. Love it! Thank you!

Performance: If you already know how to pull a shot of espresso, you can achieve a decent shot with this device.Key Improvement Needed: I had to buy a small tamper. I can't understand why one isn't included.Pro Tip (Battery Life): I recommend preheating the water to conserve the battery. This allows me to get up to 5 shots of espresso per charge.

While currently undergoing testing, the overall quality appears to be excellent, although the device is somewhat heavier than initially anticipated. My only complaint is battery wise it takes a while to charge and if you use the hot option it drains the battery and it will need to be recharged if brewing a second cup.
