A great knife holder. I love the new look, and the strength of holding the knives in place. I just wished that I had more counter space to really show it off in. But it fits right in with my decor. Highly recommended 5 stars

This is a modern looking stainless steel magnetic knife block. It’s securely holds my high-carbon knives, and the knives release easily. I would say it has a perfect balance of holding strength and function. It arrived with two different fine-grit sharpening tools.In addition to its design, it cleans easily and does not absorb any germs or odors. This is why I did NOT want a wood block for my knives or to store them in a drawer.I deducted one star for the base. It is a sheet of metal that affixes with screws to the vertical block (assembly is super easy, and a screwdriver is thoughtfully included along with an extra screw). The suction cup feet do work well, but the screw caps are exposed. I also question the suction cup’s durability. I am glad I ordered it.
Works great, made a big difference in my kitchen. I have a large number of knives in my kitchen, and I didn't like them in the drawer, so I got this. I like the stand up ones more than the ones that mount on the wall. I have five to six knives per side, so it's holding 10-12 knives that are no longer in the drawer, so that's saving a TON of drawer space, not to mention making things safer. Sturdily built, weighs enough to stay in place when removing a knife. Even matches the stainless steel appliances I have.
This magnetic knife holder does what it's supposed to do. The magnets are strong enough to hold knives securely and the stainless steel looks clean and modern. The sharpener feature is a nice bonus and the anti-movement suction cup base keeps it stable on the counter.The double-sided design means you can store more knives in the same space, which is efficient. Installation was easy and it holds everything from small paring knives to large chef's knives without any issues.I ended up switching to a wooden knife block for aesthetic reasons - just preferred the look in my kitchen. But functionally, this works well. If you like the modern stainless steel look and want something that saves counter space, this is a solid choice. The magnetic hold is reliable and the build quality seems good.
