This set of two pie pans are a beautiful set for any of your favorite recipes.The weight is perfect for the size & depth of the ceramic pans. The lip edge is generous for easy handling of crusts and also for removing hot finished pies without breaking the edges. Clean up is very easy and the dishwasher cleans them up to likenew again. I believe the depth was2" which makes a very generous serving and could easily get a few more servings from each pie. We got 8 servings of Razzleberry Pie with ice cream & whipped topping.
