I needed something other than a knife to slice my oranges equally so that I could dehydrate them evenly. This is amazing. If the other plates of knives work as well I can donate my cheese grater to someone who needs one.

The transparent body is also helpful since you can see what you’re slicing, and cleanup is easy, being dishwasher safe saves time. That said, it does feel a bit lightweight, and you have to be careful because the blades are very sharp. It works best if you apply steady pressure and take your time. Overall, it’s a good kitchen tool for everyday use and meal prep. Not perfect, but definitely useful and worth the price.

Absolutely love this multi-function mandolin slicer. This comes with 6 different snap-in blade choices for various slicing options as needed. This is super easy to clean, and easy to store. The blades come with a case to keep them sorted. I think this is a kitchen essential and its flat shape makes it easy to store without taking up too much space like some of the bigger and bulkier slicers. It has a hand guard to prevent any accidental injury while using. It’s nice and light, and easy to hold and use. This is a great value for the money and so versatile. I highly recommend to any person who wants to streamline cooking, slicing, and meal prep!
