Oh, wow! This beauty is a real show-stopper. It's absolutely stunning!It's the same size and rolls as smoothly as my standard wooden rolling pin, but... this thing is heavy! Talk about making quick work out of one roll! I did not know what I was missing until I received this beautiful, high quality, useful rolling pin! My entire life I have been using a wooden rolling pin, and my life changed the day I received this one from the Amazon Delivery truck! It is so stunning, I leave it out on the shelf of my hutch next to the matching marble turntable. It includes a wooden holder so it sits nicely and looks like it is supposed to be there. I use this for rolling out tortilla dough and pizza dough mostly, and it works so well, it's a treat to use it, I feel like I'm a better cook because of this luxury tool, and maybe I am because I actually make dough more often than I used to, just so I can use it!
