A Really Festive & Beautiful Mardi Gras Table Skirt!
For those of you that are super excited about Mardi Gras I am sure that you will be throwing some parties during the season! When setting up a Mardi Gras Feast you definitely want to make sure that you have a festive Mardi Gras table skirt! This table skirt is absolutely beautiful and very well made and features the traditional Mardi Gras colors of Metallic purple, gold and green!This table skirt also comes with a removable velcro backing! This allows you to attach the velcro backing to any table and then this product can be velcro to it and removed at any point! I know many of us have party tables that we use so this is a great way to affix a nice velcro backing to that party table and you can then affix this Mardi Gras Table Skirt anytime you'd like!Overall I'm very happy with this product! It's so beautiful and the Metallic Colors of Purple, Gold and Green look brilliant and sure catching!If you are living in the French Quarter and up on a balcony then this table skirt also works great as balcony Decor as well! Either way there are unlimited uses for this product and it'll definitely come in handy during Mardi Gras!Therefore based on my review I am rating this product five stars because it is very well made and a super festive way to celebrate Mardi Gras! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice thickness to the material
It’s not completely Mardi Gras season yet so I haven’t set up a table BUT it will likely fit one half of one of those 6ft tables and a little bit of the sides. If you want it to cover more surface area you have to get more. If you are savvy enough you can make this into a festive skirt or dress for parades! But it comes super wrinkly outside of the natural ruffles so you have to smooth those out a bit if that bothers you. It has a nice thickness to it (thick compared to other decor similar to it). The skirt connects to whatever table you use with sticker tape and Velcro. The Velcro is attached or sewed into the “fabric” part and the other Velcro has sticker tape on it. You put that on the table and stick the fabric to it!

Fun and Festive Mardi Gras Table Skirt/Banner
We live in New Orleans and love decorating for Mardi Gras every year. We’re at the parades every weekend with friends and family, so I’m always adding little touches to keep things festive. This banner [which I got as a table skirt] fits right in and adds a fun pop of color.We originally bought it hoping it would wrap around our round kitchen table, since the listing photos made it look like it would work, but it only went about halfway around. Instead, we put it around my office desk, and it actually looks great there.It arrives shrink‑wrapped, so it was extremely wrinkled at first and looked like it might never smooth out. After hanging it and smoothing it by hand, it relaxed quite a bit. It’s not completely wrinkle‑free yet, but it looks much better, and I think a gentle pass with a low‑heat steamer will take care of the rest. If so, I’ll update with a new picture.Overall, it’s bright, fun, and a great little addition for our Mardi Gras decorating. It is not flimsy material or thin; not see-through at all. It's self-adherent, peel-and-stick...and so far, it has stayed where we stuck it. It has a thick lined back like a tarpaulin, so that's also good- for anyone using it as a banner especially outdoors.Please excuse the mess in the picture of my home office!Definitely recommend!

So wrinkled on arrival that I feared it was unusable. 10 minutes in the dryer saved it (kinda)
Upgraded original one-star review to three stars because the item wasn't as hopeless as I had thought. Original review: This item arrived vacuum packed into the tightest-sealed vacuum bag I've ever seen. Hard as a brick and wrapped around with tape. It took a few minutes just to unwind the tape enough to find a loose edge to cut into. The fabric is a type that sticks to itself, so the skirt came out like a brick in the exact shape of the package. See the video at my initial attempt to peel it apart. Once opened up fully, the fabric is irreparably wrinkled. No instructions were included. I am certainly not going to iron this entire thing, and I doubt this stretchy synthetic fabric would take well to an iron anyway. Perhaps a trip through the dryer would help it, but again, I'm worried about heat damage. The supposed-to-be-purple color is more like a dark fuchsia pink to my eye. The gold and green are accurate to carnival colors, but the purple seems slightly off. A real disappointment.UPDATE: So, I did end up putting this in the dryer, and it was much improved. Still not as neat and pretty as the images. I did ten minutes at low heat, and most of the wrinkles worked themselves out. . Now that the wrinkles are gone, it has fewer issues, but it still has some: The seams are bunched up in places and the ruffles are very uneven due to the poor construction. They don't exactly hang, but kind of stick out in places. Not perfect, but it's at least usable in a pinch. See updated photos for the degree of improvement. I still wouldn't recommend.

More Than a Table Skirt!
This high-quality banner has many uses more than just as a table skirt. As shown in the product photos, it can be used to drape a balcony as well. With its shimmering “hot-stamped fabric”, the piece needs some TLC once received. No odor, the skirt does arrive very wrinkled; but nothing a few minutes in a low-temp dryer won’t fix resulting in vibrant colors, just short of 6’ display. Fully lined, it gave me the idea of last-minute costumes. The quality of the fabric is solid & plentiful and can be sewn/stabled/pinned together like any other material, giving it many options. Think 80’s prom dress with a satin/taffeta look. Whether worn strapless, over the shoulder or as a skirt in itself, the length can be easily cut to fit most any body shape/size giving extra flair to any parade or party costume (use extra material for quick Bolero/Caribbean sleeves). For the price, the quality and quantity of material you get to work with makes this ‘party decoration’ an easy cover for a table or You!
