Worth The Price - Long Handles Are Great For Wok Cooking
I took a chance on a much less expensive set of stainless utensils and was disappointed with the quality. I paid two and a half times as much for this set of long handled stainless utensils and they're at least ten times better. These utensils weren't expensive, particularly on a per piece basis, but the quality is very good and so is the design. The curve on the front of the wok spatula exactly matches the curvature of my 14" Lodge cast iron wok (and all woks of that size) when the handle is at an ergonomic angle. These are well designed, well made, durable and reasonably priced stainless utensils. That makes them a good value.The only two possible negatives are both related to the long handles. I'm a big guy so I love the long handles but they may be unwieldy for a smaller person, and these large utensils will topple a small lightweight container that's intended to organize lesser utensils. These long utensils barely fit in my kitchen drawer. I may get a tall and heavy container to keep these on the counter, or I might devise a convenient way to hang these, either from the holes at the top of the handles, or in fork shaped hangers that allow each utensil to be hung with the handle pointed downward.

Good quality set of wok utensils. Long the keep my hands away from the heat. Cleans easily.My wife finds them heavy for her, I don't see an weight issue. The spatula edges were sharp, so I had to grind them down a bit to prevent them from scratching my wok.

Perfect for my new carbon steel wok. Set includes all I need for cooking in my wok.
After I bought my hand hammered carbon steel wok, I started shopping for a good set of cooking utensils to use with it. My criteria was long handles without wood on them, stainless steel, and a good weight that didn't feel cheap. I didn't want wood handles since they tend to deteriorate in time, and often crack as they dry. Stainless steel doesn't rust and is easy to clean. For wok cooking, long handles protect your hands from heat and splatter.I spent a few hours reading reviews on the various sets and single tools available on Amazon, and found complaints of wood handles cracking (as I suspected they might), and squared corners of spatulas scratching woks. Since the description of these tools met all of my requirements, I decided to try this set even though it didn't have any reviews at the time. I am so glad I did!! I love them.So, what do I love about this set of wok tools?1) It includes all of the tools I need for wok cooking - no need to search for each tool.2) All of the tools are made of 304 stainless steel, so they won't rust and clean easily with warm soap and water.3) The handles are not made of wood, so I don't have to worry about the handles deteriorating or cracking.4) The handles are a part of each tool. They are not screwed or welded on, so no food will get stuck in joints, and they are not likely to break off of the tool.5) The handles on each tool, not including the end tool, are 13 1/2" long. So, long enough to prevent burns from spatter.6) The spatula and slotted spatula both have rounded edges to fit the contour of a wok, so they don't scratch the wok.Although I highly recommend this set for a cast iron or carbon steel wok, I would not recommend them for other woks that have a nonstick coating as use of metal utensils will scratch this type of wok.I hope this review was helpful for you. Great Product at a Great Price
I've been looking for a sturdy set for a while and ordered others that had wood handles. With time, those handles start to come loose and break off. I wanted a solid handle set for a while and finally found these. They are a good weight, sturdy and easy to clean. I highly recommend this set to anyone that has a medium to small wok size. For larger woks, I'd go with a slightly longer handle.
