Great Little Sausage Stuffer
Making deer sausage and this thing works great. Kinda wished I bought the 5-pound unit, but then I don't use it enough to have to store the larger unit. This functions great! I may even start making my own snack stick, beef smoked sausage, kielbasa, andouille, and breakfast sausage links.

Some drawbacks
I got this to make skinless longganisa.Pros:1. Easy to form into longganisa logs. Once the meat comes out of the tube, just cut into desired length and done.2. Almost easy to clean. Not 100%. Almost.3. Almost well built. Not 100%. But the contraption itself is solidly built.Cons:1. The bottom of the contraption is funnel shaped whereas the silicone pusher is flat. You will be left with some meat that you will have to push out manually. So not entirely well built.2. The tube where the meat will come out of will retain some inside. The manufacturer needs to provide a syringe-like push rod to make cleaning easy. This is why I said its almost easy to clean.Overall, 4 stars for me. 5 stars would be if there are no cons but then again, nothing is perfect.
