The quality of the tools are very good, and I love the design! The color is actually way prettier in person! I never realised how fragile the matcha whisk actually was though so thats on me... The money that I paid for this was VERY very well spent!! It works great and makes my matcha taste awesome!:)

So, I reached out to Yabercha’s customer support, not for a refund, but simply to see if they could send me the missing piece. I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical. Many companies would just tell you to return the item and repurchase it.But Yabercha? They went above and beyond. Instead of making me go through a hassle, they offered to send me a brand-new box—FREE OF CHARGE! Yes, you read that right—FREE OF CHARGE! And they didn’t even ask me to return the original package.On top of that, their communication is top-notch. No long wait times, no back-and-forth frustration—just fast, efficient, and genuinely helpful customer service.Now that is how you take care of your customers!Honestly, I’m surprised this company isn’t talked about more—they deserve so much more recognition. A nice set with everything needed. This was bought as a Christmas gift. My son loves it and has used it a dozen(or more) times so far.
Bought this for a friend for her birthday because she loves matcha but didn’t have a set and she loves it. Definitely great for a gift or yourself plus it comes with everything you’ll need plus a few super cute matcha themed stickers.
