Absolutely Perfect for Cheese Lovers
I’m beyond impressed with this Cheese Knife! From the moment I held it, I could tell it was a high-quality tool. The premium stainless steel blade is razor-sharp and cuts through hard cheeses like butter—no crumbling or struggling. It makes slicing aged cheddar, parmesan, and gouda an absolute breeze. The black handle is sleek, comfortable, and feels sturdy in my hand, even after multiple uses. It has a great balance and weight to it, which adds to the overall premium feel. You can tell this knife is built to last.Whether you're prepping for a cheese board or just enjoying a quiet snack, this cleaver-style knife adds a touch of elegance and efficiency. It’s a total game-changer in my kitchen—I honestly wish I’d bought it sooner!Highly recommend to any cheese enthusiast or anyone who appreciates well-made kitchen tools.

Good Enough For A Michelin Chef
I was introduced to this mini-butcher knife at a Michelin-star Chef Pop-up Dinner when it accompanied a duck dish. Everyone at the dinner was enthralled at how cute it was! Such a fun touch instead of using a standard steak knife. I immediately came home & ordered some for my own dinner parties. Very sharp, it slices through meat with no effort. It will definitely give your guests a giggle.

Quality
This small knife is designed for cheese cutting however I use it for cutting small vegetables like peppers, onions and tomatoes. The knife has some weight to it, comfortable handle. Recommend it if you’re looking for a small knife.

Good for some cheeses but not very sharp. Other sets are better.

Well Made But....
It is a well-made product; however, I thought it was USA-made, but it was made in China. Had I known that; I would not have purchased it. Also, 26 days elapsed from order date to delivery date, which is excessive.

Needed something to cut through Velveeta
If you know, you know. Velveeta is ridiculously hard to cut. I have used all the techniques, including running a knife under hot water. This works. So, it is a breeze when it comes to brie and Camembert.

Good Knife. Used On Blocks of Cheddar.
I have no complaints. I bought the single cheese knife (the one with holes in it) to get something more sturdy than the wire cheese slicers, which always seem to break on me. It cuts through cold cheddar fairly easily. As far as "sticking" goes, it doesn't come through absolutely clean, but cheddar has a tendency to stick to anything, though the holes definitely allow for less resistance, and I can cut thin slices as needed. This also now doubles as my paring knife in my knife block set, having broken the one that came with the set long ago. Works great for that purpose, as well.
