I selected this 20 oz, motivational vacuum insulated tumbler with Lid and Straw, for a friend I wated to provide some inspiration to, and be reminded of my thoughtful gift on a daily basis when they are using the mug.The vacuum insulation keeps beverages meant to be consumed cold, Cold! and drinks like coffee & tea Hot, which means it's heat & cool retention rates better than typical plastic cups or containers.It sports a removable lid if you aren't traveling and prefer to enjoy whatevers inside the cup sans lid, but if you're on the go & prefer the lid, the cup comes complete with not just one, but TWO straws!, and a cleaning brush to boot.Before gifting this item, I personally tested it out to see if it would retain the warmth of a cup of coffee for a few hours, & it most certainly did (for at least 3-4 hours while I was out & about running some errands, so I'm satisfied this would be a suitable gift which is worthy of bestowing on a friend, and who's quality I can personally attest to!
