Durable and easy to spin/use. Have had it for years and still looks new. Love that it is easy to clean. I like the clear plastic look but it might not be everyone’s aesthetic. There is a lip so nothing will fall out but you can still see the spices. It is heavier/bulkier than other lazy Susan’s but well made. I like the brand and have other mDesign storage containers for tea bags.
I’d never really considered lazy Susan’s as an organization option until I was at my daughters new house and saw all the places she’s using them. So I thought ‘Why not give them a try?” Now, I’m obsessed with them! They’re great everywhere. And this two tiered option is fantastic. Super, super easy to assemble. Extremely sturdy. Holds a lot. Nice, tall sides/edge/rim-unlike lots of lazy Susan’s I’ve seen-so things don’t topple off. This particular one doesn’t have a grip pad on the bottom however, so be aware of that. All of mine are pretty loaded up so having the grip isn’t necessary. It’d be plenty easy enough to cut and add a grip bottom if need be though. Long story short, if you’re dipping your toe into the lazy Susan realm I can assure you that you’ll be making a wise decision getting these.
I recently downsized, and my new home has less cabinet space than the old house. I needed a way to store my spices, but the cabinet size and shape presented a challenge. Not expecting too much, I got two of these. I had to assemble the units inside the cabinet because of the oddly shaped space. Even so, the assembly took a minute or less. Despite their light weight, the units felt surprisingly sturdy and spun smoothly. I loaded them up with spices. Even fully loaded, these units still spin smoothly and let me access all my little tins and jars of spices. These hold a surprising amount of weight and solve my limited space problem efficiently.
We used this to organize our spice cabinet. For our needs, the metal supports were an inch too tall, so we cut them with a saw and they fit perfectly. The turn table underneath is exceptional. It is wide and that makes it sturdy on the bottom, so it doesn’t tip over. This is a great product! We bought two in the smoke finish.
I use these for my spice cabinet after I spent hours trying to find the best solution to organize my spices. This was easy to assemble. I wanted to solve the problem of trying to get to my spices without pulling everything out of the cabinet to find what I am looking for. I rrally like that I can see at a glance what I have on hand. Plus, you will not have to repackage your spices like with some systems in order to get them to fit. There are plenty of different spice organizer systems out there and this is the easiest solution amd it has made cooking easier for me. The top tier isnt secured to the bottom so you have to be sure that if you pick this up to pick it up from the bottom part. But I do like that the trays have a nice size lip to prevent spices from falling off when you spin it. I am able to fit all sizes and shapes of spice bottles in these. I can get about 10-14 bottles on each tray depending on the size and shape of the bottles you have.
I purchased new cabinets and was having problems organizing the one that I store spices and cooking supplies. OMG, can’t tell you how much easier this has made my life! No more taking out of the front to find what I need in the back. A slight turn and everything is easily accessible. The are nice and sturdy and look great i the cabinet, (nice enough that I open the doors so my neighbors can take a look!). Extremely easy to assemble. Much better quality than the plastic ones I had been looking at.I may need to order more to organize the odds and ends in my linen cabinet
These work great! When I transferred my spices to these little “spinners”, it was a game changer. This is my second time ordering. Them and I would highly recommend them!
