The absolute worst grinder I have ever laid my eyes on. I hope someone reads this review before buying. I wouldn’t even give 1 start if I didn’t have to. First time trying to use it it locked up

Powerful, but poor illustrations.

Very powerful! Looks like it would do the job. I gave this a 3 only because I could not contact the company, and get a meaningful dialogue. All I got were A1 generated non-related questions. It was frustrating. There was very little instruction on how to put it together as well. I think there needs to be a close up of the pieces and a good video of the process. I might have misunderstood the directions. I don't know, but when I started it, the cylinder that pushes the meat into the blade, pushed into he disk that is secured in the end, with the holes in it that chooses the size of the meat grind, totally breaking the disk, and then the large screw "nut" on the end, that screws the end disk on, could not be unscrewed. This is the best way I can describe it. So while it is a powerful machine, and maybe someone who is more familiar with this kind of meat grinder has had good luck with it, I did not. Had to return it and I did get my money back.

when it said commercial i was worried about the size of this but it is heavy and solid but not so heavy that you cant move and pick it up, i wont be using this for sausages but it is great at grinding up chicken which is impossible to find in the store and it is great at grinding up roast to make ground beefs and patties as well as making ground pork and sausage patties. the texture is way better then using my food processor. as this is true ground meats
